MINDFULNESS is the awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally. (Kabat-Zinn). Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is an 8-week, 10-session evidenced based program consisting of 31 hours of direct instruction, originally developed by Jon Kabat Zinn & taught by qualified MBSR teachers.

- to assist in the management of illness, pain, chronic conditions
Cost: $475.00 - includes 31 hours of instruction, practice recordings, written instruction, and a certificate of completion. Payment is due following the Orientation Session
- In partnership with Living Healthy Northeast (Chronic Disease Self-Management Program), health care workers will receive $200.00 reimbursement through a special funding grant supported by the North East Local Health Integration Network. This is provided upon successful completion of the 8-week MBSR program.
